Alan Eland has been promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer of GTECH Corp.’s GTECH North America. He has been with GTECH since 1985, holding roles of increasing responsibility throughout his career. Eland is now responsible for lottery operations in the United States and Canada, GTECH Printing Corp. and client services. He holds a B.S. in marketing education from Ohio State University. •
