Alec Taylor has been named to the board of directors at United Way of Rhode Island. Currently, Taylor is the CEO of FGX International in Smithfield. He spent 20 years with the law firm Miller and Martin. Taylor has a B.A. in political science from Furman University and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law. •
