Amie Picard, senior public affairs manager for Citizens Bank, has been named to the board of directors for the Public Relations Society of America, Southeastern New England Chapter. She will serve as treasurer. Picard has a B.A. in communications and sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA in global business leadership and marketing from Johnson & Wales University. •
