Amy Purcell has been named private dining director at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse. She will be responsible for booking private dining rooms and will be part of grassroots marketing efforts. Previously, Purcell served as restaurant manager at Forty 1º North and Christies. She also served as general manager and event sales coordinator for Karousos Hospitality Group and Sea Fare Inn in Portsmouth. •
