Andrew C. Spacone has been named of counsel in the litigation group at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. Spacone comes to the firm after heading the litigation department and serving as deputy general counsel and assistance secretary for Textron Inc. He earned his J.D. and a master’s in history from the State University of New York at Buffalo. In addition, Spacone is a retired U.S. Army colonel. •
