Anne Roberts has been promoted to national sales manager at The Newport County Convention & Visitors Bureau. She is responsible for generating meeting, convention, and corporate event business for Newport. She focuses her sales efforts in Rhode Island, downtown Boston, Chicago and West of Chicago, and the social, military, education, religious and fraternal groups. Roberts will represent Newport at all trade shows and meeting planner events, in addition to spearheading sales opportunities in those markets. She previously held the position of sales coordinator. She and her husband live in Newport.
