Antonio J. Silva III has joined Bristol County Savings Bank in Dartmouth, Mass. as a vice president in its commercial lending division. He joins the bank from Webster with more than 25 years of commercial lending experience. He is involved with several boards including downtown New Bedford Inc., New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce and has raised funds for the Greater New Bedford Community Health Center.
