Arch Wireless reports fourth quarter results

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. – Arch Wireless, Inc., a two-way wireless messaging and mobile information provider, has announced consolidated Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) of $56,794,000 for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2001, compared to $77,387,000 for the fourth quarter of 2000. EBITDA for 2001 totaled $287,637,000 compared to $261,119,000 a year earlier. EBITDA is a commonly used measure of financial performance in the wireless industry.
