Arnold Romano has been promoted to general manager of the service division for Gem Plumbing in Lincoln. He is responsible for all activities of the Gem Service Division, including residential and commercial services. Romano oversees 170 Gem employees and reports to the president of the service division. He previously worked for Roto-Rooter and owned his own plumbing business.
