Astro-Med exec to present at tech conference

Astro-Med Inc. a manufacturer of specialty instrument systems and supplies, announced on Monday that Albert W. Ondis, chairman and CEO, will be presenting at the eighth annual Needham Growth Conference being held in New York City on Jan. 10 to 13, 2006. The Astro-Med presentation is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 12 at 9 a.m.

The Needham Growth Conference has become the largest and most prominent emerging growth technology conference in the United States. During the four-day program, attendance of institutional investors is expected to exceed 1,000.

Following the 30-minute presentation, a 30-minute breakout session will be held followed by a series of one-on-one sessions with the management team. Ondis will be joined by Everett V. Pizzuti, president and COO; and Joseph P. O’Connell, vice president and CFO. Astro-Med management will be presenting the company’s strategy for sustained growth and increased profitability to an audience at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City.
