“Encouraging the Heart” presentation will focus on leadership at a people and affective level.
Warwick / Providence, RI – Jan. 20, 2009 – Atrion Networking Corporation CEO, Tim Hebert, will be presenting on “Encouraging the Heart and Energizing Your Team” at the Ocean State PMI Chapter Dinner on February 12th. This high-energy event will be held at the Downtown Providence Marriott Hotel beginning at 6:00 pm.
Emphasizing recognition, motivation and engagement, the “Encouraging the Heart” leadership style is centered around people and affect rather than mechanical processes, procedures and logic. Tim will be presenting the practice of “Encouraging the Heart” and offering examples of how it can positively impact company operations, productivity, moral and talent retention.

Tim is a certified Leadership Challenge instructor and has become a recognized leadership speaker and trainer throughout the IT and other industries. He has presented leadership methods at various conferences and events including Cisco’s HR Talent Forum, Banco do Brasil’s 3a Jornada de Technologia conference and Tech Collective’s Forward Thinking events. Tim also hosts certification workshops through Atrion for clients and employees.
