Kathleen C. Anter has been appointed branch sales manager at Bank Rhode Island where she is also vice president of retail banking. She will take over responsibility for the bank’s branch system. Anter is a graduate of the Community College of Rhode Island and attends Bryant College in the business administration program. She is active in the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce. She is a resident of Lincoln.
