William F. Payne Jr. has been promoted to officer/branch manager at Citizens Bank’s
in-store Shaw’s Supermarket office in Woonsocket. He previously served as branch
manager in the same office. Payne received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice
and business from Elmira College in Elmira, New York in 1983. He is active with
the Northern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, the Knights of Columbus and the
Sons of Italy. He is a resident of North Providence.
