Gary E. Libby, Jr. has been appointed branch manager at People’s Credit Union’s supermarket branch office in East Greenwich, located in RoJack’s Supermarket at 1000 Division Street. He joined People’s Credit Union in January of 1998 as a member service representative and was promoted to assistant branch manager later that year. Libby received a bachelor of arts degree in history from the University of Rhode Island. He resides in Middletown with his wife Victoria.
