Thomas E. Kalinowski has been named vice president/audit at Citizens Bank. He previously served as audit supervisor at Commerce Insurance Company in Webster, Massachusetts. He received a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and resource economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1984 and a master’s degree in business administration from Anna Maria College in Paxton, Mass. in 1994. Kalinowksi is the former president of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is active with the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters Society. He is a resident of Shrewsbury, Mass.
