Raymond Nekrasz has been appointed as senior manager of information systems at People’s Credit Union of Middletown. He will manage the credit union’s information systems department. Nekrasz was formerly employed as systems manager at the Bank of Newport. He served with the U.S. Navy and is a certified Novell engineer. He received his bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island. He resides in Portsmouth with his wife Sarah and their two children Alexandra and Raymond Jr.
