Patrick J. Cronin has been promoted to vice president/consumer risk management at Citizens Bank. He previously served as assistant vice president in the same department. He joined Citizens Bank in 1996 after serving as funding manager at Equi-Financial. Cronin is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. He is a member of the Consumer Bankers Association and a resident of Rumford.
