David M. Madden has been promoted to vice president/Citizens services group at
Citizens Bank. He previously served as assistant vice president in the same department.
Madden earned a bachelor of arts degree in computer applications and psychology
from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana in 1995. He is a resident of Cumberland.
