Barbara H. Mulville has been promoted to senior vice president of external affairs at Southcoast Health System.
She will be responsible for community issues and continue to oversee Southcoast’s philanthropy, marketing, public relations and volunteer initiatives.
She joined Southcoast in 1999 as vice president of external affairs.
Mulville has a B.A. from Cardinal Cushing College in Brookline, Mass.
