Barbara M. Clough has been appointed manager of the defined contribution department at The Angell Pension Group, Inc. She most recently held the position of team leader of the defined contribution department. Clough joined The Angell Pension Group, Inc. in 1997. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. Clough is a resident of East Providence.
