Barbara Morse Silva has been named co-anchor for WJAR-TV NBC 10’s “Sunrise” morning show. Silva has been with NBC 10 since joining the team in 1995 as a health reporter. She was an anchor on the station’s weekend evening newscasts for three years. Silva has also held positions at WISH-TV in Indianapolis, WLVI-TV in Boston, and Providence’s WLNE-TV, among others. •
