Barry C. Toothaker has joined Webster Bank’s Massachusetts/Rhode Island region as senior vice president for retail banking. He has 34 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Webster, Toothaker held several leadership positions with Citizens Bank and Citizens Financial Group. In his new role, Toothaker is responsible for operations of all Webster branch offices in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.
