Beth Toolan, a doctor at the Providence Community Health Centers, has been awarded a Bank of America Community Fellowship Award. The award is given to Brown Medical School alumni who make substantial contributions to improving the health of their communities. Toolan was given this award for her contributions to inner-city Providence and the Providence Community Health Centers.
