Bidhya Basnet has been named SAS programmer at Quality Partners of Rhode Island. Basnet will support the data needs of project teams through the creation, execution and maintenance of SAS (Statistical Analysis Software) programs, as well as analysis and examination of various data sets. Previously, he served a similar role for Meridian Infosys. Basnet attended Pokhara University in Nepal. •
