Brad Gordon has been named general counsel, vice president and corporate secretary at Gilbane Inc., based in Providence. He leads all legal affairs for the company, including compliance with all laws and regulations, dispute resolution, litigation management, labor relations and corporate governance issues. Gordon also assists Gilbane Building Company and Gilbane Properties Inc., subsidiaries of Gilbane Inc. He is a member of the Bar in Massachusetts, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Gordon holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his juris doctorate from George Washington University Law School. He and his family live in Marion, Mass.
