Bradford B. Thompson has been named director of the division of neurocritical care at Rhode Island Hospital. A neurointensivist, Thompson is an assistant professor in clinical neurosciences and has been involved in numerous clinical trials focusing on acute stroke patients and evaluating endarterectomy versus carotid stenting in patients with carotid stenosis. He has a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and an M.D. from Rush Medical College. •
