Brandon Melton was recently hired as senior vice president of human resources at Lifespan in Providence. He had been vice president of human resources at Catholic Health Initiatives in Nebraska. Melton’s career spans 30 years and he has published on human resource issues and lecture internationally on workforce initiatives, leadership and management effectiveness and women in the workplace. He has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of Evansville in Indiana.
