Brenda Gouveia has been promoted to vice president and communications manager for the consumer finance division at Citizens Bank. Gouveia joined the bank in 1991, working in both consumer finance and retail banking. She is the treasurer for the Parent Teacher Student Association for Rehoboth and a volunteer for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. She has a B.A. in finance from Providence College. •
