Brendan Martin has been promoted to operations manager at Stat-Southcoast EMS. He has been with the company for more than 10 years. He has also served as a lieutenant with the Portsmouth Fire Department since 1996. His previous work experience includes EMT/firefighter in the Little Compton Fire Department, as an EMT and paramedic for Fall River and as an EMS field supervisor in New Bedford. •
