The group’s board of directors includes a collection of the state’s business leaders. Members of the board to date, are: Bill Allen, of the United Way Southeastern New England; Rick Battistoni, of Providence College; Sylvia Bernal, of Nice & Neat Cleaning Services; Lisa Churchville, of WJAR/NBC-10; Barbara Cottam, of Citizens Bank; Melba DePena, of KidsCount; Jim DeRentis, of Bank Rhode Island; Tom Farrell of Johnson & Wales University; Dean Holt, of Fleet Bank; Nelson Mejia, of The Met School; Cate Roberts, of Textron; Dick Silverman, of Barn Swallow Group; Roland Snead, of Banneker Industries; and Howard Sutton, of the Providence Journal Company.
