Caitlin Brown has been appointed avenger of mediocrity at North Star Marketing. She is responsible for strategizing and implementing campaigns and tactics, and for providing marketing, research and creative support to the account managers. Prior to joining North Star, Brown worked for Hasbro Inc. She has a B.S. in marketing communications with a specialty in advertising and public relations from Emerson College. •
