Carnell Jones Jr. has been named director of enrollment services at the University of Rhode Island. Jones previously served as registrar at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and has held enrollment management positions at other institutions. He holds an M.S. in public administration from Southeast Missouri State University and an Ed.D. in education leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia. •
