Carol A. Mumford has been named to the board of directors at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Mumford recently retired from the Rhode Island House of Representatives, which included membership on the House Finance Committee and the Health and Human Services Subcommittee. She is the Rhode Island Republican National Committeewoman and a member of the Rhode Island Commission on Women. •
