Carolyn J. Book has been promoted to senior vice president of regulatory risk management at Citizens Bank. She will develop and manage the corporate regulatory identification, communication and implementation program, and serves as the corporate privacy officer with responsibility for the corporate privacy and customer information security program. Book was most recently a vice president in the same function.
