Casey Riley has been promoted to director of food & beverage at Castle Hill Inn & Resort in Newport. Riley is responsible for expanding and enhancing Castle Hill’s food and beverage programs, as well as increase the consistency of guest services, product development and management philosophies. He will continue his role as executive chef and corporate chef of Newport Harbor Corporation. Riley joined Castle Hill in 2001.
