Casey Riley has been promoted to director of culinary operations at Newport Harbor Corp. overseeing all of the company’s culinary and hospitality operations, including the company’s eight restaurants. Riley will oversee financial management, new product research, menu creation, quality assurance, new-concept development and the professional training and development of the executive chefs. •
