Newport Grand is in the final stages of transforming its original jai-alai fronton into two new gaming areas that will include space for 400 new video lottery terminals (VLTs) such as these recently installed units. When the new space opens in September, the casino will have 1,500 on-site VLTs as well as simulcast racing, allowing visitors to wager on contests at racetracks elsewhere.
