Charlene Ferranti, public relations officer at The Washington Trust Co., has been named to the board of directors for Public Relations Society of America’s Southeastern New England Chapter. She will chair the public relations and advocacy committees. Ferranti has an A.S.B. from the Community College of Rhode Island, a B.A. from the University of Connecticut, and an M.S. from Eastern Connecticut University. •
