Charles B. Finnegan has been named vice president of Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. He is responsible for the underwriting management of programs. Finnegan has more than 20 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting. He is a member of the Rhode Island Society of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices organizations. Finnegan is a graduate of the University of Oregon in Eugene. He and his family live in Wakefield.
