Charles E. Maynard, president CEO and founder of The Providence Center, has been honored with the 2004 Lifetime Achievement Award of Excellence from the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare and the Association of Behavioral Healthcare Management. He was recognized for dedicated industry service throughout his 36-year career in the behavioral health care field. Maynard lives in East Greenwich.
