Charles F. LoCurto has been named to the board of directors at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. He is currently the executive vice president and chief information officer of Textron Financial Corporation. LoCurto has a B.A. in finance and as business computers and information systems from Clarion University and an MBA in humanresource management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. •
