Charles H. McGould, Jr. has been named president of ReSource, Inc. and One-Tech, LLC, at the Ocean Group. He previously worked at Xanboo.com as senior vp for marketing and sales. McGould is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, attaining the rank of captain before resigning from active duty. He was also a major in the Army National Guard. McGould earned a master’s degree from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He lives with his family in Providence.
