Charles T. Schmidt has joined Duffy Sweeney & Scott Ltd. in Providence as senior counsel. He was formerly vice president, general counsel and secretary for eCredit.com. Schmidt concentrates his practice on technology licensing and acquisition, including intellectual property matters, commercial transactions, corporate law and governance and employment law counseling. He has a bachelor’s and a master’s from the University of Rhode Island and a juris doctorate from George Mason University School of Law.
