Charlotte Golar Richie has joined Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick’s senior staff as senior advisor for federal, state and community affairs.
She will oversee interactions and supervise the Governor’s Office of Constituent Services and the Office of Public Liaison.
She was most recently cabinet chief of housing and director of the Department of Neighborhood Development for the City of Boston.
Richie has a B.A. from Rutgers University and a M.S. from Columbia University.
