Cheryl Fitzgerald recently joined Elmhurst Extended Care as a nurse practitioner. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a gerontological nurse practitioner and as an adult nurse practitioner. She has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and is an adjunct assistant professor in the college of nursing and adjunct clinical professor in the college of pharmacy at URI.
