Chris Horvath has been promoted to vice president of Web-support services in Citizens Bank’s technology services department. Previously, Horvath served as Web-support services manager. Horvath manages technical-infrastructure teams that support many of the bank’s companywide Web-facing customer applications. He has a B.A. in business administration from Bryant University. •
