Christopher J. McCarty has been elected partner of Holland & Knight LLP. McCarty concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, workout law and commercial lending. He has experience representing financial institutions in all phases of financing transactions, and insolvency proceedings including business workouts, receivership proceedings and federal bankruptcy proceedings. McCarty earned his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and his law degree from Suffolk Law School.
