Christopher Watson has been named operating partner at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Watson started his career in the hospitality industry as an executive chef at a restaurant in California. He joined Fleming’s in Providence in 2007 as the wine manager before being promoted to the new position of regional service manager for 13 of the restaurant’s locations. •
