Claire Y. Costa, tax manager in the corporate tax and insurance department at Citizens Bank, has been promoted to senior vice president. In her new role, she is responsible for federal and state tax planning, research and audit initiatives for the bank. Costa has a bachelor’s degree from Bentley College and a master’s degree from Bryant University. She is a member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.
