Connie S. Loveland has been named assistant vice president, financial planning for The Washington Trust Company. She is responsible for coordination of budgeting, asset/liability, management modeling and profitability analysis. Loveland joined the bank in 1999 as a financial analyst. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Syracuse University. Loveland is a resident of Westerly.
